A Gold Star

To finish off my first weekend of the fall season, I spent yesterday afternoon at the beautiful Belle Meade Plantation with this super fun family. To add just a little bit of pressure, this friend of mine is also a photographer. Flattering that she trusted me to take her family pictures, but intimidating? Just a little bit :)



What makes a 2-year old boy smile directly in to the camera? A passing train, of course. That was lucky for us!

I had a great time, once again. This family really is super fun. Amazing people who can hold a 7-week old baby while watching their 2-year old boy run away from the camera, then still smile and have fun during a photo session - laid back, happy, great sense of humor -  they definitely deserve a gold star!
